	Background Frequency Computers was founded by Tim Owen of Barnstaple in April 2006. He has: a degree in Civil Engineering B.Eng (Hons) Diploma for IT Users Level 3 (CLAiT Advanced) experience with computers since 1984 hands-on building experience since 1997 knowledge of Visual Basic and HTML He has lived in North Devon all his life and provides a friendly service to get your devices running as they should.
